In occasione della decima edizione del Japan Media Arts Festival, i fan giapponesi sono stati inviati a votare il miglior manga ed il migliore anime di tutti i tempi. Con ben 80.000 voti per gli anime e 79.000 per i manga, ecco i risultati:
